VERSATILE

The RECOV SLEEVE is available in 3 sizes, accommodating various body types and providing targeted COLD or HOT compression for the ELBOW, WRIST, KNEE, HAMSTRING, SHIN, & ANKLE.

HOW TO USE

  • COLD THERAPY

    1. Place your RECOV SLEEVE in the reusable bag and store it in the freezer or fridge for at least 2 hours. It can be left indefinitely. The freezer provides a crisp, invigorating cold, while the fridge provides a soothing, gentle cold.
    2. Slide it on with the blue stitching positioned at the bottom.
    3. Wear for 10 - 20 minutes of cold therapy.

  • HOT THERAPY

    1. Remove your RECOV SLEEVE from the reusable bag (never use the bag in the microwave).
    2. Ensure the RECOV SLEEVE is at room temperature.
    3. Microwave for 30 seconds. Check inside —it should feel warm, not hot. Reheat in 10-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
    4. Slide it on with the blue stitching at the bottom.
    5. Wear for 10 minutes of hot therapy.

Turn the RECOV SLEEVE inside out, wipe it with a damp cloth, and lay it flat to air dry.

The RECOV SLEEVE is designed for recovery and is best suited for low to moderate activities.

Refer to the sizing guide to select the correct size based on height, weight, and body part. If between sizes,choose the smaller size as the RECOV SLEEVE stretches for a secure fit.
